Apply during the shower, massaging in and rinse thoroughly.
When used as a pre-pedikur treatment: soak feet in lukewarm water to soften skin. Apply FOOT SCRUB to moist skin. Massage in circular movements for 1-2 minutes, concentrating on thickened areas such as heels. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and complete by applying FOOT BALM foot balm.
