Risk and Property
The goods are shipped in free port, insured and the delivery costs are charged in the invoice; in case the goods are shipped freight collect (ex works), behind indication of the Customer, the risk passes entirely to the Customer as soon as the products have been handed over to the person executing the delivery till destination address. Upon delivery of goods, the customer must verify the integrity of packages and the quantitative and qualitative match as indicated in the transport document (DDT). In case of discrepancy, the same should be noted on the same transport/delivery document and confirmed within seven days by fax or registered letter with return recepit to Hair Gallery Europe s.r.l. to the commercial person of reference. Despite the packaging intact, the products shall be carefully checked by the customer within seven days of receipt. Any hidden defects, should be reported in writing by fax or registered letter with return recepit. Each alert over these terms will not be considered. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is said.
Orders are accepted only if sent in writing, by fax or online. At the end of the online order process, the customer receives a notice with the order confirmation or by e-mail, with the indication of the order number; if the order number does not appear
(in a few minutes) after sending the order, the proposal is considered legally rejected, whether the problem was due to accounting or administrative errors or product availability issues.
Multiple orders made separately, will not be delivered into a single shipment, and if you want to buy more than one item, you have to enter a single order.
Request for cancellation of the order
The purchase order can be cancelled in full if, at the time of the cancellation request, it is still being prepared; in this case, no cost will be charged to the customer.
We recommend to contact the customer service within 30 minutes from the time the order is transmitted.
If at the time of the request for cancellation of the purchase order the product is already entrusted to the courier, the customer has to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods at their own expense to Hair Gallery.

Returns and refunds
The aim of Hair Gallery is always to guarantee complete customer satisfaction, for each purchase made. Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products purchased through the Website within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from date of receipt of the order. Once Hair Gallery receives the goods and checks the perfect integrity of the products, the aforementioned company will make the refund within and no later than 30 days. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer has to send within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products an email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org a communication containing:
It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for not sealed products for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and which have been opened after delivery. Therefore, the returned products must be: correctly packed in their original packaging, in perfect state of resale (not damaged or dirty) and equipped with all the accessories, instructions for use and documentation; cosmetic products should not be opened or used, without signs of use. In other words, they must not bear any kind of use and must not be in a state that does not allow them to be resold.
For the return of electronic devices, Hair Gallery, before accepting the return, reserves the right to request photos to demonstrate the perfect integrity of the article the Customer wants to return. Once Hair Gallery receives the goods and checks the perfect integrity of the same, the aforementioned company will make the refund within 30 days. For the return and shipping of the product, the customer is free to use a carrier of his choice, and will bear the shipping costs. The customer hast to make this shipment within fourteen working days from the date on which he has sent the communication to exercise the right of withdrawal, and send the goods to:

The shipping costs for the return of the products and the responsibility of the goods, for damage, theft and loss during shipment are charged to the customer, as required by law. In case of transport damage occurred during the return, Hair Gallery will provide a communication to the customer within five working days of receipt of the product, allowing the consumer to file a complaint to the courier used for transportation. The damaged goods will be made available for return and the withdrawal request will be cancelled at the same time.
In the event of a mistake in the order or shipping, it is possible to request a change or a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If the product received does not correspond to the ordered one, it is possible to request a free exchange with the desired product, or another one of the same amount. The product wrongly sent by Hair Gallery will be collected at the expense of Hair Gallery Europe by the transport company in charge. The customer has to make a request by email at email@example.com and then Hair Gallery Customer Service will provide you all necessary information. Please note that the collection can only be scheduled once. In case of collection without success, the shipment for the return of the goods will be charged to the customer.
If the product received is damaged or defective (eg broken bottle and spilled product), you can ask for a new free shipment of the same product, or other with a similar amount. Photographic evidence of damage for insurance purposes will be required. Partial refunds or discount vouchers may also be offered. In case of refusal at the time of delivery for an order successfully completed and already paid, the refund will be reduced by the return shipping costs (going & return).
Hair Gallery does not grant refunds or replacements for products that have caused an allergic reaction. If the Customer experiences an allergic reaction from the use of the product, we invite him to immediately stop using it. Hair Gallery is not responsible for allergic reactions caused by products as the Customer should be aware of the products or ingredients to which he is allergic.
