RETURN FORM / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Complete the following form by entering your order number and, in the notes field, indicate the items you wish to return if the return/withdrawal does not apply to the entire order.
After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. Our Customer Service team will contact you as soon as possible.

Please note: This form is intended exclusively for return requests and, where applicable, for exercising the right of withdrawal in relation to orders that have already been delivered.
It cannot be used to cancel an order that has just been placed. To request the cancellation of an order that has not yet been received, you must contact our Customer Care team within 30 minutes of the order confirmation, by phone or chat.
Submitting the request within 30 minutes does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled, as Customer Care may not be able to process it before the order enters the preparation or shipping stage.
If the order can no longer be cancelled, you will need to wait for the parcel to be delivered and then submit a return request using this form, in accordance with the applicable deadlines and conditions governing the right of withdrawal.
