Complete the following form by entering your order number and, in the notes field, indicate the items you wish to return if the return/withdrawal does not apply to the entire order.

After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. Our Customer Service team will contact you as soon as possible.

Note: this form is intended exclusively for return requests and for exercising the right of withdrawal, where applicable, for orders that have already been received. It cannot be used to request the operational cancellation of an order that has just been placed.

To request the cancellation of an order that has not yet been received, you must contact our Customer Service team within 30 minutes of the order confirmation, by phone or via chat. After this period, the order may no longer be cancellable before shipment, without prejudice to any right of withdrawal provided under applicable law.
