Returns and Refunds
Hair Gallery’s objective is to always ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase made. Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing any reason, by returning the Products purchased through the Site within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
Once Hair Gallery has received the goods and verified their perfect condition, the company will issue the refund within and no later than 30 days.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, an email to the following address: customercare@hair-gallery.it, containing:
- the indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal;
- the order number subject to the refund;
- the Customer’s bank account details, exclusively in the event that the payment was made by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons or reasons related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery. Therefore, returned products must be:
- correctly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect resalable condition (not worn, damaged, or soiled) and complete with all accessories, instructions for use, and documentation;
- cosmetic products must not have been opened or used and must show no visible signs of use. They must bear no trace of any kind of use and must not be in a condition that prevents resale.
For the return of electronic devices, Hair Gallery reserves the right, before accepting the return, to request photos to demonstrate the perfect condition of the item to be returned.
Once Hair Gallery has received the goods and verified their perfect condition, the company will issue the refund within and no later than 30 days.For the return and shipment of the product, the Customer is free to use a courier of their choice and will bear the related costs.
The Customer must carry out such shipment within fourteen working days from the date on which the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal was sent and send the goods to:

Important Notes
The shipping costs for returning products and the responsibility for the goods, including damage, theft, or loss during shipment, as provided by law, are borne by the Customer.
In the event of transport damage occurring during the return, Hair Gallery will notify the Customer within five working days from receipt of the product, allowing the consumer to file a claim with the courier used for shipment.
The damaged goods will be made available for collection, and the withdrawal request will be simultaneously cancelled.
Complaints
In the event of an error in the order or shipment, it is possible to request an exchange or a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
If the product received does not match the one ordered, a free exchange may be requested for the desired product or another product of equal value. The incorrectly shipped product will be collected at Hair Gallery Europe’s expense by the designated courier.
The Customer must submit a request by email to customercare@hair-gallery.it, prepare the product to be returned in an intact and properly packaged parcel, and indicate:
- the pickup location for the products to be returned;
- the pickup date and time window (at least 3 hours).
Please note that the pickup can only be scheduled once. In the event of an unsuccessful pickup, the return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.If the product received is damaged or defective (e.g. broken bottle and leaked product), the Customer may request a new free shipment of the same product or another product of equal value. Photographic evidence of the damage will be required for insurance purposes. Partial refunds or discount vouchers may also be offered.
In the event of refusal at the time of delivery for an order that has been correctly processed and already paid for, the refund will be reduced by the outbound and return shipping costs.Hair Gallery does not grant refunds or replacements for products that have caused an allergic reaction.
If the Customer experiences an allergic reaction from using a product, they are advised to stop using it immediately. Hair Gallery is not responsible for allergic reactions caused by the products, as the Customer is expected to be aware of the products or ingredients to which they are allergic.
