SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Unless otherwise agreed, shipments are carried out by couriers selected by Hair Gallery or by a party appointed by it. The goods travel at Hair Gallery’s risk.
In the event of theft or loss of the parcel, Hair Gallery undertakes to ship a new product. If the product is not available and/or is out of stock, a replacement product with equivalent characteristics will be proposed. The customer nevertheless retains the right to refuse the replacement product and to request the issuance of a credit note equal to the value of the product concerned.
If the courier is chosen or appointed directly by the customer, Hair Gallery cannot be held responsible for any loss and/or damage to the products from the moment the goods are handed over to the courier at its warehouses.
Payment methods
Products must be paid for by credit card, PayPal, or advance bank transfer. For orders delivered in Italy, cash on delivery is also available. For cash payments on delivery, a cash-on-delivery fee of €4.99 is always applied.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and can be estimated in the cart by selecting the destination country.
Estimated delivery times are as follows: approximately 2 business days for Italy, except for Sicily and Sardinia, where delivery is expected within 48–72 business hours from receipt and payment of the order; 5–7 business days within the European Union; and approximately 10 business days for the rest of the world, starting from the date the order is received.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliveries are made exclusively during office hours and on business days only, from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and between 1:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., excluding national public holidays.
Delivery times may vary due to force majeure or external factors beyond the control of Hair Gallery, such as transport conditions, logistical issues or measures imposed by the competent authorities. In such cases, no compensation may be claimed.
To ensure fast delivery and avoid delays caused by the parcel being held at the depot, it is advisable to provide an address where the recipient is present for most of the day, such as a workplace, or where a trusted person can receive the parcel. It is also advisable to provide a valid mobile phone number.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WITH CUSTOMS
For all orders from countries with customs, any customs fees, taxes and import duties will be charged to the customer once the delivery arrives at its destination and passes through the relevant customs. All costs arising from these operations will be charged to the person receiving the delivery. Hair Gallery is not able to communicate in advance nor is it responsible for any additional costs arising from these operations or any documentation required as customs fees/practices vary greatly from country to country. We therefore suggest that you contact your customs office before placing your order so that you are informed of any costs and you will not be surprised when you receive your order.
