HOW TO USE

Apply the pencil starting from the inner corner of the upper eyelid outwards, following the natural lash line.
To obtain the eyeshadow effect, blend in with your fingers or with the brush provided.
You can repeat the operation along the lower eyelid.
For a more intense look, apply Artist Eyes also to the inside of the lower lash line.
