Bleaching powder. Lightens up to 9 levels, strengthens bonds within the hair fiber and minimizes hair breakage when used with BLONDME Premium Developer
Mix with Blondme Premium Developer 2% 7 vol, 6% 20 vol (both on the scalp and on the hair) or 9% 30 vol (apply only on the hair) until obtaining a smooth cream

How to Use

Apply immediately after mixing to dry hair, do not shampoo before use
A uniform distribution and an adequate quantity of product ensure better equalization
