Pure liquid pigment suitable for all hair types.
Use in combination with color and shape products to customize services and achieve vibrant, luminous color.
It can be used alone to add shine and texture to hair, or mixed with other pigments in the range to tone down a highlight.




HOW TO USE

Mix from 2 to 10ml of Splash according to the type of product selected and the result you want to get.

TIPS

Neutral Pigment is ideal for porous hair and for reducing the intensity of a highlight.
Recommended for use on hair with a tone height of 1 to 10.
