After washing and conditioning your hair, gently towel-dry to remove excess water, leaving it damp but not dripping.
Spray from a distance of about 20-30 cm over all hair, making sure to cover all hair for optimal protection and quick drying.
If using a straightener or curling iron, divide hair into sections and reapply the spray, it will provide heat protection, reducing the risk of heat damage.
