Start by washing your hair with the moisturizing shampoo and rinse thoroughly. Gently squeeze out excess water from the hair with a towel, leaving it slightly damp. Take an amount of mask suitable for the length and thickness of your hair. Distribute the mask evenly between your hands. Apply the mask from mid-lengths to ends, focusing on the most damaged or dry parts of the hair. Use your fingers or a comb to distribute the product evenly. Gently massage the mask into the hair and leave it on for 5-10 minutes. For an intensive treatment, you can leave the mask on longer. Rinse hair with lukewarm water until all traces of the mask are completely removed.
