The 421 brush is ideal for smudging lines and eye-shadows on the lower lid and can also be used to apply eye-shadows to the inner corner of the eye.

Ilū Make Up Precision Smudge Brush 425 - precise smudge brush

Round bristles make it easy to apply eyeshadows to the inner corner of the eye and gently blend cosmetics on the lower eyelid.

TIPS

Wash brushes with lukewarm water and mild detergent.
