Use the Shampoo as the first step in the Absolut Repair routine: then continue with the Mask or Conditioner and conclude with the Oil.
Evenly distribute two dollops of shampoo (approximately 10 g). Massage the scalp for 2 minutes.
Rinse.

Use the Conditioner as the second step in the Absolut Repair routine: after the Shampoo and before the Oil.
Distribute and massage delicately into washed and towel-dried hair.
Do not leave on.
Rinse thoroughly.

Use the Mask as the second step in the Absolut Repair routine: after Shampoo and before Oil.
Apply 1 to 2 dosis of mask to washed and towel-dried hair, strand by strand starting at the nape.
Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes (to increase the relaxation-comfort effect, gather the strands on the top of the head and wrap them in a warm towel).
Emulsify by adding a little water and massage in thoroughly. Rinse thoroughly.

Use the Oil as the third step in the Absolut Repair routine: follow after Shampoo and Conditioner/Mask.
Apply Absolut Repair Oil to dry or washed and towel-dried hair.
