Manic Panic Amplified Cream Formula Cotton Candy Pink 118ml - long lasting semi-permanent hair color

Cotton Candy Pink is a cool-toned neon pink.
This fluorescent color glows under UV blacklight, so it's recommended to lighten your hair to a very light blonde (level 10).

Wash your hair with a deep cleansing/clarifying shampoo. Do not apply conditioner.
Blow dry your hair with a blow dryer to ensure it is porous and to remove excess water.
Apply Manic Panic hair color.
Comb the color through your hair to ensure it is applied evenly. It may become slightly foamy.
Cover your hair with a plastic cap.
Use a blow dryer to apply heat to your hair for part of the processing time.
This will help open the cuticle and allow the Manic Panic hair color to better penetrate the hair strand.
Leave on for 30-45 minutes.
Rinse the hair color out with cold water.
Towel-dry your hair and/or blow dry.
