The 30-volume bleach kit is designed to lighten hair before using MANIC PANIC semi-permanent hair colors.

Wearing the gloves provided, open the bleach bag. Be careful not to inhale the dust.
Empty the entire contents of the bleaching powder into the plastic tray provided.
Add the entire contents of the developer to the bleaching powder in the plastic tray. Using the brush provided, mix until smooth and creamy. Let it sit for a minute to allow the mixture to thicken.
Apply the mixture on the hair avoiding direct contact with the scalp.
* It is important to use all the developer and mix using only the brush provided. Do not use metal tools.
Hair should be dry and unwashed. Using the supplied brush or your hands, apply the mixture evenly to the hair to be lightened.
For greater accuracy, isolate the hair you do not wish to bleach with a film.
The use of the included plastic cap is recommended during the development process.
The length of time depends on the color and condition of the hair. Check your hair at regular intervals during the development process as times vary according to the degree of lightening desired. Check the strand every 10 minutes to assess progress. To do this, remove the cap and wipe off the mixture with a damp cloth.
If the hair has not reached the desired level, reapply the mixture as before and let it continue working.
