Mesauda Beauty Artist Lips Petal 1.14gr - lip pencil
Lip pencil with a soft, comfortable texture and precise line.
Formulated with vegetable waxes with moisturising properties, it is easily blendable and also perfect as a base for lipstick.
HOW TO USE
HOW TO USE
Apply the pencil starting from the center of the mouth and define the contour of the lips by sliding it towards the edges.
Artist Lips can be used on all lips: alone for a sophisticated effect, or before lipstick, to prolong the color's hold.
