HOW TO USE

Apply POP GEL directly over MNP Gel Polish or a build-up, create the desired design, and cure under a LED/UV lamp for 1-2 minutes.
After curing, do not remove the dispersion layer.
Proceed by applying the top coat, then cure again under a LED/UV lamp for 1-2 minutes. If necessary, degrease to achieve a flawless finish.
