OPI Nail Lacquer Infinite Shine NTT35 Matte Top Coat 15ml - matte protective top coat
 
Fashionable matte finish. Add a little edge to your manicure with a matte finish.
Looks great over darker shades like Lincoln Park After Dark, to lighter shades like Alpine Snow.
Top coat for regular lacquer shades.
Used as the final step in a manicure service to seal in color and extend wear.

HOW TO USE

Start by applying OPI Base Coat to clean and dry the nail.
Apply one coat of polish down the center, followed by two coats on the sides.
Apply a second coat of polish, pushing the color to the tips of the nails.
Follow with OPI Top Coat to seal, protect, and polish the nail.
To dry quickly, apply two drops of Drip Dry Lacquer to each nail.
